Job Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our brand message resonates across various channels. You will work with local partners both in-person and electronically to implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and grow our client base. Solid creativity and analytical skills as well as knowledgeable salesmanship are key to this role.

What you’ll do

  • Work with area skilled nursing and assisted living partners as their main point of contact in helping clients remain at home and reduce readmissions.
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing activities, which include in-person, digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences, informing strategic decisions.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates using Word apps.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts across platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, enhancing organic visibility.
  • Analyze marketing performance using analytics to track metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in budgeting processes for marketing initiatives while ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Professional image and a kind heart
  • Knowledge and experience with elderly and disabled care preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, SEO, and in-office processes
  • Proficiency in Office and Adobe programs
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices
  • Excellent writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging messages
