Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator for a 3-6month contract. This position is 35 hours a week, fully remote with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of email marketing, branding, and tone of voice. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement through various channels.

Duties

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Write creative and impactful copy for various marketing materials and platforms, including email communications, website content, and social media posts.
  • Develop draft content for stakeholder review and implement revisions based on constructive feedback.
  • Build and update marketing emails and webpages, optimizing for brand and persona guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with audience and sales marketing teams to understand target audience and project needs, recommend creative as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, digital advertising, and sales strategies.
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to adapt writing style to fit various audiences and industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in copywriting or content creation.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in sales or advertising sales is an advantage.
