Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Department: Creative Marketing


Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Creative Marketing Department in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. This role requires strong analytical and creative skills to ensure that marketing activities are effective, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and product costs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide creative insights and develop innovative marketing solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify the reasons behind campaign success or underperformance and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Manage social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels, to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the direct manager detailing campaign outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other marketing tools to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
