American Way Exteriors LLC specializes in offering premium construction services, focusing on James Hardie siding, windows, doors, and high-end roofing solutions. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking a residential production manager to oversee the entire production process for exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, siding, and windows, from build to cap. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, job management, team-subcontractor supervision, quality control, safety enforcement, and client communication. This role ensures jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing director
  • Assist in execution of various marketing tasks and projects as assigned
  • This role is dynamic and assigned responsibilities may vary based on marketing needs

Content Creation and Planning

  • Write captions, blogs, and marketing copy aligned with brand voice.
  • Create and edit visual content using a software of your choice (graphics, reels, carousels, stories)
  • Capture on-site videos and photos for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Collect and organize before/after project photos, customer testimonials, and other similar content
  • Work with the Marketing Director to brainstorm campaign ideas, collaborations, promotions, and events.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Schedule and publish posts, track performance, and create bi-weekly reports
  • Suggest improvements to boost visibility, engagement, and conversions
  • Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Marketing Organization

  • Maintain a library of project photos, video clips, and marketing materials.
  • Keep project timelines and deadlines organized
  • Participate in bi-weekly and monthly marketing review meetingsQualifications
  • Assist in execution of various marketing tasks and projects as assigned
  • This role is dynamic and assigned responsibilities may vary based on marketing needs
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of marketing or social-media management experience (or strong portfolio/passion for it)
  • Photo and video recording and editing skills
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe or similar)
  • Familiarity with Google systems (Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Skills:
  • Creative thinker who understands social media trends
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • A good eye for design and detail
