Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote (must be U.S. based)

Bandwango is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to jump in, learn fast, and make a real impact helping destinations succeed. This is ideal for a self-starter who’s passionate about marketing, confident communicating with clients, and excited to see their work drive measurable results.

You’ll play a key role in supporting Bandwango’s clients — tourism organizations and destinations across North America — by helping them maximize the value of their digital passes and text messaging campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our Success and Marketing teams to bring data, creativity, and execution together for meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

  • Support client marketing campaigns from start to finish — kickoff calls, content creation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Write and manage email and digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for Bandwango programs.
  • Review client marketing performance (SEO, website content, social media, and email) and share clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze pass engagement data to uncover trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Create marketing resources like best-practice decks, onboarding materials, and short-form content.
  • Coordinate and host client meetings, sharing insights and tools that help partners reach their goals.
  • Assist with setup tasks like GA4 tracking, GTM troubleshooting, and campaign tagging.
  • Provide light creative support for marketing graphics, one-sheeters, and emails.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator — clear, confident, and professional in both writing and speaking.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, asks smart questions, and learns quickly.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic marketing tools (Google Analytics 4, SEO platforms, or email software).
  • Bonus points for experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or client-facing experience (or a degree in marketing).
  • Some design experience preferred: Figma or Canva.
  • Familiarity with GA4, SEO, or digital campaign tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
