Walsworth LLP is a 120+ member law firm with offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. We handle and litigate large scale, complex matters in several states and internationally, including serving as national trial counsel.

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team to coordinate and implement the efforts of our fast-paced and growing law practice. With guidance from the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Leadership Team this role supports and advances the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives through digital communications, content development, and administrative support.

This dynamic role with room for growth is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life through creative strategy and execution, and who is eager to expand their skillset. This is a hybrid position with 1 – 2 days per week in our Irvine office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing content marketing and social media strategies and track performance metrics.
  • Create original content and engaging visual materials for the firm's website, attorney bios, newsletters, client communications, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to edit and place bylined articles in legal, trade, and business publications, and repurpose client alerts, social media, and other materials for media opportunities.
  • Manage updates to the firm’s website and other marketing technology platforms, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
  • Support business development initiatives, including RFP/RFI submissions and research on potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain practice group data in various knowledge management systems.
  • Assist with special projects and other assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a professional setting, preferably a law firm.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Demonstrated creativity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving.
  • Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, including use of marketing automation, CRM, and website content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and communication tools, including photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work effectively across departments while maintaining strict confidentiality with firm and client data.
  • Ability to work successfully from a remote location.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a pay range of $65,000 - $75,000 a year. This range represents Walsworth’s reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
