About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content development, and day-to-day activities across our client

accounts and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to a variety of marketing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a consistent connection with our Denver-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Coordinate and help execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, email, web, and paid media)
  • Assist in developing and managing content calendars across platforms
  • ​Create and publish engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and visuals
  • Design graphics using Canva and help coordinate external creative resources as
  • needed
  • Collaborate with owners and team members to support marketing strategy and brand initiatives
  • ​Monitor content and campaign performance and assist in compiling reports
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and content materials
  • Use project management tools to keep tasks organized and on schedule
  • ​Conduct research to support campaign planning and client initiatives

Requirements

  • ​Proven experience in marketing support or coordination (2+ years preferred)
  • ​Strong social media and content creation skills
  • Experience with blog writing and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
  • ​Proficient in Canva and/or other design tools
  • ​Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ​Highly organized with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across projects
  • ​Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (some in-person collaboration required)
  • ​Must be located in or around Denver, CO and have the ability to commute to our offices in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent work experience
  • ​Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday)
  • Experience using Shopify, WooCommerce, Wordpress, and various pagebuilders
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and optimization techniques
  • ​Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • ​Knowledge of AI tools for content creation or productivity
  • Work Environment & Expectations
  • You’ll report directly to one of two owners
  • ​Flexible working hours are allowed, as long as responsibilities are met
  • We prefer team members to work during standard business hours to maximize collaboration

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • ​Supporting timely and effective execution of campaigns
  • ​Contributing to KPIs related to content engagement and campaign performance
  • ​Demonstrating initiative and consistent follow-through on tasks and projects
