Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer will take ownership of planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media accounts, content creation, and digital marketing efforts
- Coordinate events, promotions, and PR activities
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, analytics, and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
- Provide input on marketing budgets and resource allocation
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and communication collateral
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [industry, e.g., oil & gas, FMCG, services]
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms; knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently
