Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
  • Manage social media marketing initiatives on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to increase engagement and brand visibility
  • Coordinate content marketing strategies by creating compelling copy, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics and keyword research techniques
  • Oversee advertising sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams on campaign strategies and promotional initiatives
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads through email marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to inform strategic decision-making
  • Maintain website content using WordPress and basic HTML editing to ensure up-to-date information and engaging user experiences
  • Plan and execute print advertising campaigns in conjunction with digital efforts for integrated brand promotion
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure ROI, optimize strategies, and report results to stakeholders
  • Support product management initiatives by coordinating promotional activities for new product launches or updates
  • Assist in budgeting processes for marketing projects to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for designing visual assets aligned with campaign themes

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on multichannel campaigns, preferably within B2B or e-commerce sectors
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing strategies, and performance marketing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress along with basic HTML skills for website updates
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content
  • Knowledge of print advertising processes and traditional media channels is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to research market trends effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance continuously
