We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate on projects that support our business growth and enhance our online presence.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Manage advertising sales initiatives across digital platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising.
  • Create compelling content for various channels such as blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms using copywriting skills.
  • Oversee the management of digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate product management activities including market research, competitive analysis, and supporting product launches.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with partners and clients through targeted outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google workspace.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Knowledge of print advertising strategies and experience managing multichannel campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent research skills combined with a creative mindset for developing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
  • Must work in house, 5 Days a week at our Delray Location

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of firearms

Pay: $48,715.70 - $65,668.38 per year
