We’re Hiring: Marketing Coordinator – Motors Division


Are you passionate about marketing, creative execution, and driving impactful campaigns? We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Motors Division with events, branding, digital activities, reporting, and CRM insights.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support event planning and execution for product launches and showroom activities across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

• Assist with marketing communication plans including EDMs, digital assets, outdoor advertising, and telemarketing

• Create and execute SMS content

• Coordinate production and installation of showroom graphics

• Manage marketing stock, supplier sourcing, and reorders

• Prepare marketing reports including AME quarterly financial submissions

• Handle budget coordination and AME claim management

• Use Google Analytics to support tracking and performance reporting

• Manage CRM data accuracy, reporting, and analysis using Fusion

• Utilize SAP for warranty and service-related marketing insights

• Manage Customer Loyalty software, database, and reporting

• Prepare LPOs, invoices, and liaise with Accounts and marketing partners

• Conduct competitor analysis on a bi-monthly basis

• Analyze surveys and market research questionnaires

• Support Marketing Manager with additional tasks as needed


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 2+ years of marketing coordination experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media tools, etc.)

• Excellent communication, organization, and project-coordination skills
