Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing activities and help drive brand visibility, for our client, a hospitality group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating content, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with design, sales, and external vendors for marketing activities
• Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, and monitor engagement
• Support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing and online ads
• Prepare marketing reports, track KPIs, and maintain databases
• Organize events, photoshoots, and promotional activities
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media management and basic digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or design tools is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
