Marketing Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate with team members to develop campaign timelines and deliverables.

· Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and blogs.

· Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.

· Conduct research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.

· Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness.

· Help plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for events.

· Manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.

· Monitor social media analytics and report on performance.

· Work with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies.

• Communicate marketing plans and updates to stakeholders.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

· Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

· Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

· Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
