Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Develop annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, campaign objectives, and KPIs.
- Brand Management:
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and social media communications.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Analyze and optimize digital channels for better user engagement and higher conversion rates.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and marketing performance to continuously improve campaigns.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) in collaboration with the design team.
- Campaign Management:
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting on results.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Create engaging content and initiatives to nurture customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Event Marketing & PR:
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to manage media relations and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, customer service) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track marketing campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Present marketing performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or brand management.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of assessing campaign performance and making improvements.
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and affiliate marketing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
