Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing
Reports To: Manager/Supervisor
Location: Belapur

Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, campaign objectives, and KPIs.
  • Brand Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and social media communications.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize digital channels for better user engagement and higher conversion rates.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and marketing performance to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) in collaboration with the design team.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting on results.
  • Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
  • Develop strategies to generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.
  • Create engaging content and initiatives to nurture customer relationships and improve customer retention.
  • Event Marketing & PR:
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to manage media relations and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, customer service) to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track marketing campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Present marketing performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or brand management.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of assessing campaign performance and making improvements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and affiliate marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
