Looking to begin your career in Marketing? How about Healthcare? Are you a 'do-er' ? We are a long standing company with lots of growth in the ABA world. We are looking to hire a marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills. Marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.

To ensure success, marketing coordinators should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

This position is full time with a salary of $45,000 and commission potential + all of the awesome benefits we offer.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Produce and post daily content across all social platforms.

Engagement & Community Management

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and shares within 24 hours.
  • Maintain and segment listservs for target markets.
  • Design and send weekly email blasts.

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan with the Executive Director.
  • Manage yearly marketing budget.
  • Research and propose new marketing and advertising ideas.
  • Plan, develop, and evaluate paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Develop and pitch quarterly PR releases.

Outreach & Partnerships

  • Serve as lead vendor at all events and manage related materials.
  • Meet with B2B contacts—doctors, hospitals, schools, and other referral sources—2–3 times weekly.

Website & SEO Management

  • Update and troubleshoot the website.
  • Manage SEO and clinician advertising content.

Administrative & Additional Duties

  • Order and organize marketing supplies and printed materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Write weekly blogs and ghostwrite for clinicians.
  • Create digital content for both internal engagement and external marketing.
  • Manage podcast editing, posting, advertising, and CE distribution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Middlesex County, NJ
