As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to help support outreach, visibility, and relationship-building efforts within our service area.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with community outreach, digital marketing, and relationship development with referral sources. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in homecare marketing or someone who enjoys working independently in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to local facilities, physicians’ offices, senior centers, and community organizations
• Support social media content creation and posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist with maintaining and updating marketing materials
• Represent the agency professionally during community events or visits
• Provide weekly updates on marketing activity and outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with professionals, seniors, and families
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms
• Prior marketing or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• $20-$22 based on experience
• Flexible schedule
• Mileage reimbursement for approved outreach activities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
