Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events).
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring all activities are launched on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, etc.) and external vendors/agencies as needed.
Content Creation & Design:
- Design and create marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, flyers, presentations, and internal documents, using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Craft clear, compelling, and grammatically correct English copy for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and online activities, preparing regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer behavior.
- Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and reporting data.
Administrative & Logistics:
- Provide essential administrative support to the marketing department.
- Organize and manage inventory of promotional materials.
- Assist in the logistics and promotion of marketing events, trade shows, or webinars.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Hours: Must be available to work a Monday to Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for professional communication and content creation.
- Design Skills: Proven proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva) and a strong visual aesthetic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (Social Media, SEO basics, Email Marketing).
- A proactive, creative problem-solver who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, CMS like WordPress).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
