  • Coordinate all digital advertising across a variety of digital channels, English, Hebrew and Arabic as directed by each department’s leadership.
  • Coordinate tracking budgets, ROAS, ROI, and other KPIs across all ad platforms, seeking to optimize campaigns weekly.
  • Establish aggregate ad channel performance reporting and provide leadership for monthly reporting across team.
  • Coordinate the production of copy and content for all fundraising campaigns and associated OFI website landing pages.
  • Monitor a variety of analytics for the purpose of enhancing the quality and effectiveness of OFI digital ads and websites.
  • Assist with coordinating the design and build-out of promotional material, both digital and physical.
  • Manage marketing related requests and priorities from other departments.
  • Monitor market trends, technology changes and OFI social media feedback for the purpose of optimizing and growing all OFI digital advertising.
  • Build / maintain relationships with other Christian media outlets in order for them to use our content, such as Pray.com.
  • Provide variety of ad channel specific and aggregate monthly reporting for budgets, ROAS, ROI, and other KPIs.
  • Coordinate and assist with identifying patterns and insights to improve targeting, content effectiveness, and ad spend efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Execute with excellence all tasks in support of the OFI brand vision as established and directed by senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Strong understanding and proven experience with digital ad campaigns on Google, all major social media channels (Google Ads, Meta/Instagram Ads, YouTube, Display, Search, etc.) and TradeDesk.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, and other advertising KPIs
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking, SEO strategies and dashboard tools (Looker/Data Studio).
  • Strong skills in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve targeting, content, and spend efficiency.
  • Comfortable turning data insights into strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications
  • Ability to produce regular performance reports—channel-specific and aggregate.
  • Proven experience managing marketing requests, priorities, and deadlines across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate marketing projects of all sizes and keep them on track.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to monitor digital marketing trends, platform changes, and new technologies.
  • Understanding of how social media feedback and market data influence ad performance.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific audiences, ideally within faith-based or nonprofit sectors.
  • Proven experience with digital ad testing processes
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proven experience coordinating teams and mentoring team members.
  • Servant-leader mindset and solutions-minded leader who enjoys helping others grow and not a micro-manager.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
