Structura Inc. is looking for our next awesome teammate in the form of a Marketing Coordinator based in our Austin, TX headquarters. Celebrating 20 years of Going Beyond for our clients, Structura is a growth-centered company with additional offices in San Antonio and New Braunfels.

The Marketing Coordinator position is generalized and includes graphic design, business data analysis support, web and social media, event planning, marketing collateral development, proposal assistance, branding, and strategic communications – you get a taste of all aspects of marketing while supporting the company’s growth efforts across all offices. The position reports to a seasoned AEC marketer who has provided mentorship and career growth support to many AEC marketers over the past 20 years. This position is ideal for those with 0-5 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the upkeep of CRM/proposal automation database (Unanet);
• Coordinate and track project photography and construction site signage requests,
• Assist with planning and implementation of marketing activities,
• Create and update marketing and proposal collateral,
• Maintain corporate brand standards,
• Assist with content generation and updates for social media channels and website,
• Plan and coordinate special events (internal and external parties, career fairs, tradeshows, etc.)
• Prepare award submissions,
• Support internal and external communications and graphic design needs,
• Other duties as necessary to support the growth of Structura.

Skill Set:

• Proficient with or able to learn the following apps: Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Canva, Constant Contact,
• Organizational skills, multi-tasking and task prioritization
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of database concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Understanding of basic marketing principles
• Ability to apply graphic design principles in marketing materials and communications
• Self-starter – can work well independently
• Ability to function in a deadline-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Education Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Without a degree, show previous related AEC or professional services marketing experience.
