Role Overview


The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives for a luxury fashion brand. This position requires exceptional coordination, communication, and presentation skills , as well as the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful brand campaigns aligned with the company’s vision and marketing calendar.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across retail, digital, PR, and events to ensure timely and seamless execution.
  • Manage and maintain the annual and monthly marketing calendars , ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, store activations, and regional initiatives.
  • Act as the central point of contact between marketing, retail, buying, VM, and operations teams.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, agencies, influencers, suppliers, and mall management.
  • Influence stakeholders to meet deadlines and adhere to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Prepare clear briefs, follow-ups, and status updates for management and cross-functional teams.

Presentation & Reporting

  • Prepare professional presentations for marketing plans, campaign rollouts, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Support management with reports, visuals, and summaries to facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect luxury brand standards and tone of voice.

Campaign & Content Support

  • Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and PR activities.
  • Support execution of in-store marketing, events, and launches in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor campaign execution and provide feedback on performance and improvements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably within luxury, fashion, or retail .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience managing marketing calendars and coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage .
  • Familiarity with the UAE retail and luxury market is a plus.
