Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for Utkarsh Animal Hospital, while closely coordinating with the Digital Marketing Manager at Utkarsh Global Foundation’s Corporate Office (Mulund). The role involves on-ground coordination, execution of marketing activities, content support, and alignment between the hospital and corporate marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate daily with the Digital Marketing Manager at the corporate office (Mulund)
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans at the animal hospital level
• Act as a single point of contact between hospital staff and the marketing team

Content & Digital Support

• Assist in content collection for social media, website, and campaigns (photos, videos, case stories)
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies for marketing requirements
• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns, events, and promotions

On-Ground Marketing Activities

• Support branding and visibility initiatives within and around the hospital premises
• Coordinate marketing requirements during events, awareness drives, and donor visits
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communication

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain marketing MIS, activity trackers, and basic performance reports
• Share regular updates, photographs, and reports with the corporate marketing team

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Comfortable with on-ground execution and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination / support roles
• Experience in NGO, healthcare, or hospital marketing will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred
• Willingness to travel locally between hospital and corporate office when required
• Interest in animal welfare and social impact is highly desirable
