MARKETING COORDINATOR
We're seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing team in coordinating company and property marketing initiatives while providing essential administrative support. You'll play a vital role within the marketing and property management teams, supporting the execution of marketing strategies across our multi-family property portfolio. You'll collaborate with property management teams, vendors, and partners to ensure our online presence is optimized, customer reviews are managed, and marketing programs are executed effectively. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is based in our Woburn, MA headquarters.
As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting with large-scale rollouts of new marketing software, technology platforms, products and programs
- Gathering and preparing all marketing assets (spreadsheets, data, images, video, etc.) needed for account set-up and campaign execution
- Reviewing, auditing and managing internet listings (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.), websites, and other online marketing products/programs for all Dolben owned and managed communities to ensure accuracy, optimization, and data feed connectivity on an ongoing basis
- Working with onsite teams to monitor and address customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Apartment Ratings
- Assisting in managing corporate website and property websites to ensure content is current and optimized
- Coordinating with advertising/marketing vendors and partners as needed
- Managing bill payment and reconciliation for marketing expenses
- Performing administrative duties for marketing department such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination
- Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
What You Bring to Us:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing or related field
- Multifamily property management/marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think, plan, and execute across multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding/knowledge of social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and all Microsoft Office programs preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Energetic, customer-focused, and team-player mentality
- Ability to travel as needed
- Located within commuting distance of Woburn, MA headquarters
