Marketing Coordinator OrthoMiami
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing the marketing and outreach efforts of our orthopedic practice. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referring primary care offices, coordinating with external marketing vendors, managing marketing materials, and supporting the practice’s online presence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Physician & Referral Outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with primary care offices and other referral sources
- Conduct outreach via in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and events
- Track referral outreach activities and follow up as needed
- Assist with organizing and attending marketing or community events
Website & Digital Presence
- Coordinate updates and content changes for the practice website
- Work with internal leadership and external vendors to ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with practice goals
- Serve as the main liaison with the social media marketing company
- Review social media content for accuracy, branding, and compliance before posting
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Act as liaison with the social media marketing company and work comp marketing company
- Communicate practice updates, promotions, and priorities to external vendors
- Track deliverables and timelines to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule
Marketing Materials Management
- Manage inventory of marketing materials including:
- Business cards
- Flyers and brochures
- Self-pay materials
- Office signage and promotional items
- Coordinate design, updates, printing, and distribution of materials
- Ensure all materials are consistent with practice branding and messaging
Administrative & Support Functions
- Assist with marketing strategy planning and implementation
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and materials
- Support special projects related to practice growth and patient engagement
- Ensure marketing efforts comply with healthcare and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or medical office environment a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple vendors and stakeholders
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and content management systems
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
