You enjoy the fast-paced nature of agency life and are eager to contribute to a team that tells the stories of incredible places. You're a natural communicator who can juggle multiple priorities while keeping a pulse on the ever-changing media landscape.

About the job

As an Account Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the account team servicing our travel and tourism clients. • Media Relations: Create and maintain accurate media lists, handle routine inquiries, and begin developing relationships with external audiences to convey our clients' messages.
  • MonitoringResearch: Conduct basic research into client industries to stay current; monitor media coverage and report on trends or news affecting our clients' business.
  • Event Support: Under the guidance of a supervisor, help coordinate specific events and promotions.
  • Administration: Manage the "nitty-gritty" of account service, including billing assistance, activity reports, and the preparation/distribution of publications.

What you bring to the table

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Agility: The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-Oriented: A knack for working with detailed information and a high level of computer literacy.
  • PR Foundation: A basic understanding of public relations principles and a genuine interest in the tourism/travel industry.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and the interpersonal skills needed to work with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have completed a PR/Marketing internship or have up to one year of agency experience.

What You'll Get from Us

We see your success as our success. When you join our team, you'll get:

  • Opportunities to grow your skillset through training, new challenges, and learning experiences.
  • A team that's got your back and is ready to help you thrive.
  • A workplace culture that values intelligence, ambition, authenticity, and a willingness to learn.
  • No hoops to jump through about degrees or specific experience-we care about what you can do and what you bring to the table.

Don't Meet Every Requirement?

That's okay! At Madden, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences make us stronger. If this role excites you but your skillset doesn't line up perfectly with the qualifications above, we still want to hear from you. Who knows-you might bring something to the table we didn't even know we needed.

About the Interview Process

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:

Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.
Round 2: An interview with some of the awesome teammates you'll collaborate with.
Round 3: A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.

Note: Depending on the position, there might be a small assignment along the way to showcase your skills and creativity. Don't worry-we'll let you know in advance!

Heads up: At this time, we do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation services.
