Job Description: Parties & Community Coordinator (Agape Play Café)

About Agape Play Cafe

Agape is a Faith, family-focused play cafe where kids can play and families can connect. We’re looking for a creative, organized, people-person to support party bookings, post on our social upcoming events, and lead fun crafts/classes that build community.

What you’ll do-

**Classes, workshops, and craft programming**( In Person Days)

* Requires 2-3 on site days hosting classes that last 30-45 min mins at a time

* Plan and host weekly or biweekly classes/workshops (set-up, instruction, clean-up)

* Develop craft ideas and age-appropriate projects (seasonal + themed) For kids under 6

* Help source materials, prep kits, and keep costs organized

* Collect feedback and improve classes based on attendance/sales

** Assist in Party booking & communication **

* Respond to party inquiries quickly (DMs, email, website leads, phone)

* Share package details, answer questions, and guide customers to book

* Manage party calendar, collect deposits, and confirm details (guest count, theme, add-ons)

* Book add-ons and Communicate with vendors ( themed décor, craft upgrade, balloons, etc.)

**Social media + marketing support**

* Create and post content of upcoming events 3–5x/week (reels, stories, event promos, party highlights)

* Capture photos/video in the café during parties/classes (with permission)

* Maintain a content calendar for parties, workshops, seasonal promos

* Engage with DMs/comments and route booking inquiries into the sales process

What we’re looking for-

* Organized communicator who loves working with families

* Comfortable leading small groups of kids/parents for crafts or workshops

* Confident writing friendly, professional messages

* Creative eye for content + comfortable on Instagram/TikTok

* Experience with party planning, customer service, childcare, or events (a plus)

* Reliable, upbeat, and aligned with a family-friendly, faith-inspired environment

Schedule expectations

* Flexible part-time hours (some daytime admin hours + some weekday availability)

* Must be available for party communication follow-ups and event coverage

* Workshop times typically mornings/early afternoons

* Mom friendly- As long as the job gets done, kids under 6 can join you to work!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
