Applied Climate Solutions (ACS) is a leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative and building automation solutions provider serving building owners, engineers, and contractors throughout the DFW Metroplex. ACS specializes in technical sales and support of complex HVAC and building automation systems, including chillers, air handling units, rooftop units, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, commissioning services, and long-term service solutions. Our team partners closely with manufacturers and clients to deliver high-performance, energy‑efficient solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is a mid‑level role responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that support technical sales, strengthen brand awareness, and drive lead generation across multiple markets. This role works independently on assigned projects while collaborating closely with sales teams, leadership, and external vendors. The ideal candidate has hands‑on B2B marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, technical environment.

Location: Austin/Dallas

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital, social media, print, and industry events
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with sales offices across multiple regions to align marketing initiatives with business development goals and manufacturer strategies

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Draft, edit, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, proposals, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency, technical accuracy, and messaging alignment across all platforms
  • Support light design and layout work using tools such as Canva or Adobe, as needed
  • Develop detailed case studies and project success stories that showcase ACS’s full scope of capabilities.

Website & Marketing Systems

  • Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and blog posts
  • Execute email campaigns and manage contact lists, workflows, and basic marketing automation
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and reporting readiness

Events, Trade Shows & Promotions

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, customer events, manufacturer meetings, webinars, and internal initiatives
  • Manage promotional materials, signage, swag, and vendor coordination
  • Support post‑event reporting, lead follow‑up, and performance tracking

Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics
  • Prepare summaries and insights for leadership review
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and documentation

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience in a coordinator or specialist role
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing, HVAC, construction, engineering, or technical sales environments
  • Working knowledge of graphic design to create clear, professional, on‑brand visual materials for digital and print use.

Preferred

  • B2B marketing experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or professional services
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience supporting trade shows, field marketing, or distributor/manufacturer events
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics, reporting, and lead tracking

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
