GPD is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Houston, Texas office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with business development, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate graphic design to support the delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Marketing database input/maintenance activities for projects and resumes.
- Write, develop, and perform ongoing maintenance of qualification materials.
- Perform multiple marketing efforts within rapid and frequent deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required.
- Prior experience preparing custom proposals is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to meet schedules, organize complex material, determine appropriate level of effort, understand technical/professional service-related material, and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple parties internally/externally and produce/package submittals.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
