Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the strategic execution and day-to-day coordination of all marketing initiatives across their assigned department. This role partners closely with leadership to develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation, builder and realtor engagement and brand growth. The Marketing Coordinator provides graphic design and written content for various forms of advertising pieces for the location in which they are employed. The ideal candidate should be proficient using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and capable of detecting unfair and deceptive acts and practices.

This particular role will specifically focus on the following areas within the assigned division:

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Assist in the execution of builder and resale external marketing campaigns.
  • Help organize campaigns to capture, onboard, and retain realtors; recruit loan officers; and generate client leads.
  • Coordinate and execute grand openings and realtor events with preferred builder partners.
  • Implement and manage outbound direct response marketing (email campaigns, text drops, flyers, websites, open house/ realtor event materials, promotional products).
  • Implement and manage inbound marketing initiatives (social media, online video, SEO).

CRM & Communication Management

  • Deploy and manage division-wide email and text campaigns.
  • Ensure CRM contact databases remain accurate, segmented, and up to date.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications and marketing updates.
  • Manage end-to-end electronic and print communications to ensure accuracy and quality control prior to distribution.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Initiate and implement creation and modification of design and graphics for advertising pieces that are compliant with internal Company policy as well as federal and state law.
  • Interface with branch personnel by receiving and responding to branch requests for advertising pieces.
  • Create professional design and art solutions for (but not limited to): flyers, mailers, marketing materials, compliance materials, CRM emails, and other material as needed.
  • Perform periodic edits, validations, comparisons and analysis of advertising samples.
  • Work closely with the branch employees to aid in the branch’s marketing endeavors and to assist with design-related aspects of compliance.
  • Effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.
  • The Marketing Coordinator is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
  • This position may require occasional overtime and travel.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

The range provided reflects the expected compensation for this role and is considered a general guideline. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience assessed during the interview process, and internal pay equity. Compensation may also include incentives such as per-file bonuses and discretionary bonuses as applicable to the role.
