Job Summary
Chiodini Architects is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic marketing and hands-on graphic design.
You will play a key role in shaping how we present our work—leading the development of proposals, qualifications, and marketing materials that communicate our expertise and help us win new projects.
Duties
- Lead and support the development of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations—from strategy and content development through final production.
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality submittals on time.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop compelling narratives that clearly communicate our approach and differentiate our team.
- Write, edit, and refine persuasive content tailored to each pursuit.
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, resumes, and other collateral.
- Maintain and organize project information, images, and data for use in proposals and marketing efforts.
- Research project opportunities and provide continued client communication and marketing.

- Contribute to website updates, social media content, and overall brand strategy.
- Support photography coordination and advertising efforts.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years Proven Experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- (A/E/C industry experience is a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Microsoft Office required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Self-starter who can take initiative and contribute ideas.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
