Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and content management systems.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize reach and engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings and increased organic traffic.
- Coordinate and execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to drive conversions and brand awareness.
- Design compelling graphics and visuals using multiple tools for digital ads, social media posts, and website content.
- Schedule and coordinate lead generation events, ensuring proper staffing and equipment are in place.
- Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies for better results in performance marketing and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content creation, email marketing initiatives, and marketing automation projects to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain all marketing materials and signage.
- Prepare statistics & assist management in quantifying effectiveness of lead generation events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and social media management platforms.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, outgoing demeanor.
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination, community outreach, or public relations.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic website maintenance.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data from analytics tools for performance marketing insights.
- Basic graphic design skill (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Organize and maintain the PR calendar to ensure consistent and strategic outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- This role requires regular attendance at off-site community events, health fairs, and corporate locations.
- The PR Associate must be able to stand for extended periods, transport marketing materials, and seldomly work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends based on event needs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends such as B2B marketing, social media marketing strategies, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
