Your Contribution to the TEAM

Our Marketing Coordinatorwill serve as a lead content creator and brand ambassador for JICI, Inc. and its family of companies. You will be an integral part of our team as you work with all members of our team in varying capacities to advance our mission and tell the stories of JICI’s team members, projects and our company as a whole.

A successful team member within this role will be a self-starter who thrives on creativity and the opportunity to tell stories through creative and innovative content. Ultimately, you will be part of the team helping develop northeast Indiana and tell the stories of our projects, our companies and our team members.

Your Mission:

• Maintain and increase the social media presence of JICI and its family of companies.
• Create graphics the boost the public awareness and interest in JICI and its family of companies.
• Serve as a public facing liaison between JICI and the community.
• Create and Execute marketing plans for JICI and its family of companies.
• Maintain and improve JICI and affiliates websites.
• Increase and improve the online profile and community awareness of JICI and affiliates.
• Take photos and videos of projects to be used for marketing purposes
• Create engaging print and digital media

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Social Media Management
• Fluent in Adobe Office Suite, Microsoft Office, and other content creation software
• Must have the ability to be creative and develop content to meet organizational goals
• Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter capable of handling multiple projects across multiple businesses
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to effectively present information both verbally and in writing
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete projects accurately and on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing position is preferred. Experience within the construction industry will be considered a plus
• Experience with Matterport Scanning will be considered a plus
• Experience with photography, videography and drone flying is highly preferred
