Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content creation, social media, and brand marketing? Western Neon is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Coordiantor to help showcase our projects, people, and brand while supporting company growth initiatives. This role combines creative content production, digital marketing, website management, and community engagement in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

• Capture photo and video content of projects, installations, fabrication processes, events, and company culture
• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Produce marketing, recruiting, training, and promotional videos
• Assist with blogs, newsletters, project features, and promotional materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications

Website & Digital Marketing

• Update and maintain the company website
• Publish project features, portfolio updates, and blog content
• Support SEO-friendly content development
• Monitor engagement and digital performance metrics

Marketing Campaigns & Communications

• Assist with monthly and quarterly marketing plans
• Coordinate "Project of the Month" and "Topic of the Month" campaigns
• Support email marketing initiatives and subscriber growth
• Research partnership and marketing opportunities
• Coordinate production of marketing materials, apparel, and promotional items

Team & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with leadership, sales, production, and administrative teams
• Attend marketing meetings, trade shows, networking events, and company activities
• Help identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Maintain organized marketing assets and project documentation

What We're Looking For

• Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Experience with website updates, digital marketing, graphic design, or video editing is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Required attendance at weekly marketing meetings and monthly all-staff meetings
• Attendance at project site visits, installations, events, and content capture days as needed
• Additional hours may occasionally be required for special events, deadlines, or marketing initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00 per hour
• Bi-weekly payroll
• Performance reviews at 3 months, 6 or 9 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter
