The Marketing Coordinator serves as one of the motivated, high-energy faces of the organization! They are imperative to the coordination of both internal and external marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for connecting the community by cultivating relationships with the community and other relevant organization through digital outlets, social media and more. The Marketing Coordinator will work in conjunction with the marketing department to elevate digital marketing and community engagement.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, sponsorships, appearances, and other communication activities.
- Schedule regular outreach exhibitions in the community and educate employees on community responsibilities.
- Seek out, schedule, coordinate and execute community sponsorships including sports, municipalities, schools, etc.
- Seek out, coordinate and execute Teacher Wellness Days – including catering lunch, scheduling providers for individual schools and serving the community with our services.
- Manage inventory of promotional items for events.
- Maintain communication with internal team members and clinical directors on staffing needs upcoming events and more.
- Assist in the organization of special events, including fundraising and conference initiatives.
- Support the administrative staff by providing marketing related data, trends, forecasts, and new patient information.
- Maximize marketing experience and company education by participating in outbound opportunities.
- Work directly with graphic design, business development and other teams to build and streamline projects, including due dates, follow ups, and more.
- Maintain constant contact and relationships with multiple outsourced vendors.
- Maintain an "event ready" standard by keeping promotional material coordinated as well as communicating the need for additional inventory including giveaways and promotional materials.
- Coordinate event assembly and set up standard/ requirement for outreach events
- Develop and manage marketing calendar to be used as a departmental tool for assigning and coordinating event schedules within the marketing team
- Prepare and distribute post-event summary and analytics, including but not limited to, number of leads captured and results from follow up
- Direct report to the Director of Marketing regarding internal and external efforts Facilitate the acquisition of new marketing opportunities
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Must have experience in Microsoft Suites
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle and transport event supplies and equipment
- Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of social media and marketing mediums and platforms
- Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Must be able and willing to drive personal vehicle for work purposes
