Marketing Coordinator

About the Role: Are you an outgoing, empathetic person who loves building relationships and making a difference in the community? We are seeking a dynamic Community Liaison / Home Care Sales and Marketing Representative to be the face of our home care company.

In this role, you won’t be sitting behind a desk running social media ads. Instead, you will be out in the local Hampton Roads community, visiting senior centers, rehab facilities, and healthcare organizations to build trusted referral networks and help families seamlessly transition their loved ones into our care.

Please Note: This is an active, face-to-face outside sales, community outreach, and client intake role. This is NOT a digital marketing or graphic design position.

Responsibilities:

• Community Outreach: Represent our brand by visiting and building relationships with local referral sources (social workers, discharge planners, rehab centers, and senior organizations).
• Relationship Management: Network with and nurture referral sources through facility drop-ins, networking events, presentations, and educational lunches.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries, meet with prospective families, and confidently close sales to bring new clients onto our service.
• Client Intake: Conduct initial assessments/intakes for new clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth, welcoming start to their care.
• Caregiver Introductions: Conduct the initial face-to-face meetings between new clients and their assigned caregivers to guarantee a perfect match.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for daily local travel (Required).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (Required).
• Experience: Previous experience in home care, senior living, hospitality, retail management, or face-to-face sales is highly desired. We will train the right personality!
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend or on-call needs based on urgent client intakes.

Pay: $44,193.00 - $65,053.00 per year
