Marketing Coordinator – Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

We’re a growing accounting firm dedicated to helping businesses gain clarity and control over their finances. Our mission is to make financial clarity simple, accessible, and stress-free.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who can help us grow by managing day-to-day marketing efforts, generating leads, and improving our online visibility. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, creative, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule weekly social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Write short blog articles and client-focused content
  • Manage and send email newsletters using Mailchimp or similar
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns (cold outreach, LinkedIn DMs, etc.)
  • Update and maintain our website (blog, testimonials, service pages)
  • Track campaign performance and report on basic marketing metrics

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (B2B or service-based preferred)
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Proficient with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and scheduling platforms
  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • SEO basics (especially for local service businesses)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, bookkeeping, or small business marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools

This position is based in-office in Addison, Texas.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
