Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

Skills:
-Strong knowledge of key social media channels and metrics (particularly LinkedIn)
-Proficient in graphic design software (ideally Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop)
-Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and cloud-based file sharing systems
-Detail-oriented, creative and proactive
-Strong relationship building skills

Responsibilities:
-Focus on client acquisition tying directly to the overall business plan of the practice
-Implement marketing programs to grow the practice
-Setting, overseeing and follow-up of seminars and events for clients – twice per quarter early evening or a Saturday availability is required
-Responsible for the website update, content upload, maintenance, and regular content review
-Assist with content creation, design, maintenance and posting on website page and social media on as needed basis
-Update and revise marketing materials
-Provide client relationship support through interacting directly with clients to ensure accurate service
-Other miscellaneous client-related business administrative work, including meeting preparations.
-Maintain files and records in accordance with the record retention policy
-Contacting existing clients for advertising marketing events and building client referral and professional alliance database

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
