Marketing Coordinator (Content & Social Focus)

Compensation: $3,150/month

We’re a top-performing real estate team at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, and marketing is a core driver of our business—not an afterthought.

We’re looking for a content-first Marketing Coordinator who knows how to create, execute, and manage high-quality content across social, email, and print. If you’re someone who enjoys turning ideas into polished content, stays on top of trends, and wants real ownership from day one—this role is built for you.

What You’ll OwnContent Creation & Social Media

  • Manage and execute TCG’s full social media presence (planning → creation → posting)
  • Create 8 monthly feed posts and 12 monthly stories (TCG IG)
  • Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content, 4/month (Stuart’s IG)
  • Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, and headlines
  • Track trends and proactively bring new content ideas to the team
  • Assist in launching and optimizing paid social campaigns

Listing Marketing & Brand Collateral

  • Design high-quality digital + print materials for listings
  • Write listing descriptions, email campaigns, and marketing copy
  • Create branded email templates and YouTube thumbnails

Client Engagement & Growth

  • Build and manage email drip campaigns and monthly newsletter
  • Coordinate client gifting and touchpoint systems
  • Execute farm mailers (monthly) and market reports (quarterly)
  • Support PR outreach and media placements

Events, Website & Systems

  • Assist in planning and promoting client + community events
  • Manage and update the team website
  • Support SEO through blog content (2/month)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Help implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency

Summary of Monthly Deliverables We will need some level of flexibility as we implement new marketing strategies and our needs change month to month.

  • ~8 feed posts and ~12 stories for TCG Instagram page
  • 4 short-form reels for Stuart’s Instagram page (in the field shooting content with the team 1x per week)
  • Social media captions
  • Marketing copy for all listings
  • Social media graphics for all listings, price reductions, open houses, etc.
  • YouTube thumbnails for all listing videos
  • Monthly Newsletter
  • 2 blog posts for website
  • 3 farm mailers
  • Prepare closing gifts

  • You’ve created content before (personal brand, internships, freelance, etc.)
  • You’re both creative and organized—you can execute, not just ideate
  • You’re comfortable moving fast and figuring things out without hand-holding

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social platforms and content trends
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
