We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget while enhancing brand awareness and driving business growth.
Responsibilities/Skills:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and targets our ideal customer segments.
Manage certain aspects of our marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis
Track and report on organic & campaign performance metrics to measure success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the company's executive team, external partners, and customers.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our product roadmap and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation and lead nurturing programs.
Coordinate a small team of marketing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.
Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities effectively.
Monitor marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Marketing Coordinator should be able to exercise: Idea Generation - Copy Creation - Strategy - Research - On-Time Content - Creator Outreach - Community Engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in the startup industry is a plus.
Experience in Project Management
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools, social media, Google Ads, and organic growth.
Passion for fintech, personal growth, and the potential of technology to transform the financial and personal development industry.
