A Dairy Farm Company is seeking a proactive, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support category and market managers across our FMCG portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who can support end-to-end (360°) marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day projects, activate brands in-market, and translate consumer insights into measurable business growth.
The successful candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role also involves supporting overall marketing initiatives, preparing presentations, coordinating with design teams to ensure timely delivery of assets, and managing online printing for new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Support
- Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and traditional channels
- Assist with brand activations, trade promotions, shopper marketing initiatives, and product launches from concept through execution
- Manage daily marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Oversee the design team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to ensure alignment with brand strategy, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain marketing calendars, project updates, and campaign KPIs to optimize ROI
- Coordinate online printing and production for new product launches and promotional materials
Market Insights & Consumer Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning and brand strategy
- Assist with shopper insights studies, retail audits, and market visits to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing brand performance and marketing ROI
Brand & Content Support
- Support brand strategy execution by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
- Assist with creative development, content creation, copywriting, and social media initiatives
- Contribute ideas to optimize media allocation, in-store visibility, and digital content performance
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration & Administration
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive support to category and market managers, including supplier coordination and reporting
- Maintain organized documentation for projects, approvals, and marketing activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (only for UAEN)
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or a similar role within FMCG
- Strong understanding of trade promotions, shopper marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 3D Packaging/Prototyping software (optional but highly valued)
- Expertise in print production workflows, packaging layouts and dielines, typography, and layout systems
- Solid understanding of printing techniques, materials, and finishes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of CMYK / Pantone workflows
- Basic knowledge of motion/animation software (After Effects, Premiere)
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/CMS platforms, and social media management tools
- Experience or exposure to AI tools, copywriting, graphic design, content creation, or photography is an advantage
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, ROI measurement, new product development, and shopper insights
