Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator-Graphic Design team member supports the development, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on graphic design. This role blends creative design expertise with organizational, communication, and project management skills to help drive brand consistency and strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Graphic Design (Primary 60%)

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, ads, event materials, and digital content.
  • Create and update branded templates (PowerPoint, Word, proposal layouts, etc.).
  • Develop clean, consistent visual content aligned with brand standards.
  • Support digital platforms by designing email headers, web graphics, and paid media assets.
  • Edit and format photos, remove backgrounds, and prepare files for both print and digital use.
  • Collaborate on video editing, animations, or motion graphics (as applicable).

Marketing Coordination (40%)

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Track KPIs, gather metrics, and assist with marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Manage digital asset libraries, design files, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments, leadership, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4 years minimum experience in marketing, graphic design, or a hybrid creative/coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro a plus).
  • Experience designing for both print and digital environments.
  • High attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and brand consistency skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks
  • High ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or B2B professional services.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or web content experience.
  • Photography or videography skills are a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with occasional field visits or event support.
  • Some travel may be required for industry events, trade shows, or training.
