Job Summary:

Always Home Care is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies that promote our services, training programs, and community events. This position combines creative design, social media management, and project coordination to ensure consistent branding and effective community engagement across all company branches.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design

  • Design and produce flyers, banners, and digital assets for social media, events, and internal communication.
  • Capture and edit photos and short-form video content (reels, stories) to enhance engagement.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across all Always Home Care social media accounts using Meta Business Suite.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community interaction.
  • Analyze performance insights and recommend improvements for reach and growth.

Brand Consistency & Marketing Collateral

  • Ensure all materials follow company branding guidelines (logos, fonts, tone, bilingual standards).
  • Order and coordinate production of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.).
  • Manage vendor communication to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Maintain organized records of all marketing materials for easy access and reordering.

Campaigns & Events

  • Collaborate with coordinators to promote open houses, raffles, and recruitment events.
  • Design event collateral and coordinate promotional media coverage.
  • Track participation and outcomes of marketing-related initiatives.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain a marketing calendar and track ongoing campaigns.
  • Submit weekly performance and engagement reports.
  • Coordinate with management to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in graphic design and social media marketing (Meta platforms preferred).
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication preferred.

Work Environment:
This position includes both in-office work and occasional visits to branch locations for content creation and event coverage. Performance Indicators:

  • Growth in social media engagement and followers.
  • Timely completion of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Consistency in brand tone and messaging across all branches.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required, due to the high Spanish-speaking community we serve
  • Experience as a content creator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
