Role Overview
As our Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will:
- Collaborate each week to brainstorm fresh, shareable content ideas (stories, reels, short clips) aligned with our brand voice and key campaigns.
- Use a weekly content brief / set-list of video ideas to film on-location at store(s) – capturing product shots, behind-the-scenes, customer interactions, staff moments, etc.
- Edit short-form video content (for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories) – applying brand style, captions, simple motion-graphics, and ensuring videos are ready for approval.
- Submit edited content for review and then help schedule or deliver content for final approval and posting.
- Monitor weekly content quota: ensuring we hit our targets for new videos/posts each week.
- Support other light marketing tasks as needed (e.g., sourcing music/licensing, prepping assets, tracking content performance).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in video content creation/social media for food/restaurant brands.
- Basic filming skills (smartphone, DSLR or mirrorless camera, stable shots, good lighting) and familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or mobile-app editing).
- Creative thinker who can propose fun, on-brand ideas (ideation + execution).
- Comfortable being on-location (in the store environment) and flexible to film during breakfast/brunch service times.
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage weekly quotas effectively, and deliver polished content for review.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 12 per week
