Marketing Coordinator – Logistics (C2C Platform)

We are looking for a high-energy, go-getter Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our Customer-to-Customer (C2C) logistics technology platform in India. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with logistics partners, data, and technology platforms. Role OverviewYou will work closely with logistics and courier companies to source and compare quotes, manage partnerships, and provide data-driven insights that help optimize pricing and services on our platform.This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with logistics & courier partners to collect, negotiate, and compare shipping quotesBuild and manage long-term relationships with national, regional, and local logistics providersMaintain partner pricing, SLAs, service coverage, and performance dataSupport onboarding of logistics partners onto the platformCollaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations teamsAnalyze pricing trends, turnaround times, and partner performancePrepare comparative reports for pricing and partner decisionsAssist in marketing initiatives, partner promotions, and go-to-market activities Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, logistics, or marketplace platformsStrong understanding of the Indian logistics & courier ecosystem Comfortable working with tech platforms / SaaS / marketplacesStrong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Behavioral TraitsGo-getter attitude with a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong ownership and accountabilityComfortable engaging with external partners via calls and meetings Compensation₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA (for 2–4 years experience)Performance-based incentives / bonusesSalary depends on logistics exposure, analytical skills, and tech experience.
