Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job as assigned
Prepare and follow up on the implementation of the awards plan and participate in the preparation of awards submissions within the department
Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on overall progress and performance results for the department's divisions according to agreed standards and defined objectives, and provide advice on areas for improvement
Coordinate with relevant departments for internal and external audits and ensure all evidence is provided as required
Ensure proper preparation for periodic internal and external audits (internal audit, quality, RSEMS, information security) and avoid any major non-conformities
Prepare, develop, and improve marketing and corporate communication policies and processes in accordance with approved plans and directives within the assigned tasks
Monitor compliance with learning and innovation frameworks and requirements in a manner that promotes excellence, knowledge maturity, and innovation across the department
Prepare reports that reflect the actual performance of all departmental functions and present them to the department manager, proposing recommendations for continuous improvement
Monitor and follow up on all corrective and preventive actions by monitoring internal audit reports and establishing a mechanism for continuous improvement
Prepare and follow up on specialized and investment contracts, and coordinate with the Contracts and Procurement Department to issue tenders and bids
Study and analyze the results of the department's performance indicators, periodically provide supporting evidence, and upload them to the Authority's approved management evidence system
Ensure the achievement of targeted results in all areas of key performance indicators, and incorporate the results and analysis into the performance system
Actively participate in teams at the department and Authority levels, ensuring direct support, addressing all matters related to work tasks, and developing recommendations and suggestions to contribute to their improvement
Implement the annual budget, assess potential risks, and adjust it according to the department's specific needs, in coordination with the department director
ensure the implementation of the department's tasks and responsibilities within the standards of excellence and in accordance with the requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence Program, using the RADAR system and the Quality System
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent from an accredited university.
5 years experience in the field for Bachelor
Highly analytical thinking and demonstrated talent for identifying, examining, improving, and streamlining multiple work processes.
Advanced computer skills with extensive proficiency in multiple software programs covering a wide range of applications.
