Major Food Group is hiring a Creative Designer to join our highly collaborative and creative Marketing team!
Ideal candidates will have graphic design experience with an emphasis on digital platforms, and the ability to measure and analyze creative performance. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the role of the Creative Designer is to support the efforts that drive awareness of the Major Food Group masterbrand, the various restaurant brands, and the individual restaurant properties. This individual supports the standards of Major Food Group level marketing and design for the group’s premier food and beverage destinations that delight guests with optimal efficiency and unparalleled experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design & Digital Marketing
- Design and develop communications across all platforms with a focus on email marketing, website, social media, and in-store promotional collateral

Build and execute in-platform email newsletter and welcome flow templates, incorporating email design best practices
- Design and build custom landing pages and websites as needed, optimizing for both desktop and mobile performance with an understanding of UX and ADA compliance

Concept, design, and edit videos, reels, statics, carousel posts for social media platforms (organic and paid with a focus on Instagram)

Cross-functionally support photoshoots with moodboards, concept/food styling, and shotlists

Support and track changes in brand messaging, style-guide, voice, photography use case, email templates

Stay up-to-date on digital design trends and best practices, identifying and incorporating new opportunities into MFG brand and design

Performance and Measurement

Track and monitor campaign performance to optimize creative for improved results

Understand restaurant MarTech platforms, integrations, and design specs

Ability to translate website CMS structure into creative and functional web design

Project Management
-
Track tasks, workflow, and project timelines within team project management systems
- Contribute to and maintain marketing file-share structure
REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years graphic design experience with expertise in digital marketing

Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut

Prior experience in Klaviyo or similar ESP, Sanity CMS, Google Analytics
- Experienced working in a fast-paced organization

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentational

Performance-driven, highly analytical, strong commercial mindset with organizational and project management skills

Proficient in online marketing channels, web design, and creative design

Ability to troubleshoot and work within multiple CMS and back end systems
-
Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights

Previous work with creative agencies

COMPENSATION: $65,000 annual salary
