Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role focuses on analyzing data from web and marketing platforms to drive strategic decisions across content, user experience, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance our digital presence and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights

Track and analyze user behavior across digital touchpoints using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms

Analyze funnel performance and conversion paths to identify optimization opportunities

Monitor and report on SEO performance and organic traffic trends

Identify patterns, trends, and drop-off points in user journeys

Generate actionable insights to inform content strategy, UX improvements, and campaign optimization
Technical Implementation
-
Manage and optimize tracking setup using Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Ensure accurate data collection across all marketing channels
-
Implement and maintain tracking for marketing campaigns and website events
-
Connect website insights to CRM systems when applicable
Reporting & Collaboration
-
Deliver regular insights and recommendations to content and growth teams
-
Create comprehensive reports on marketing performance metrics

Present complex data findings in clear, actionable formats
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements
Data Governance
-
Maintain data quality and integrity across all platforms

Ensure GDPR compliance in all data collection and processing activities

Manage first-party and third-party data integration

Leverage intent data to enhance marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
-
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field

Expert proficiency in GA4
-
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and management
-
Proficiency in Hotjar or similar user behavior analytics tools

Understanding of SEO principles and organic traffic analysis

Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations
Analytical Skills

Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and trends

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications
