Marketing Design Coordinator

Stonetown Capital Group is one of the fastest growing real estate investment firms in Denver, Colorado. The principals of Stonetown have deep real estate private equity experience both domestically and abroad and are looking to add to their growing team. Since inception, Stonetown has purchased over 100 manufactured home and RV communities in 11 states and intends to continue its growth in the years to come. Our team consists of 40 professionals at headquarters and we are always looking for highly motivated and skilled individuals to support our growing range of assets.

Job Summary: The Marketing Design Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns by creating visually compelling assets and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role bridges creative design and marketing strategy, coordinating projects from concept through delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials including signage, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates. Ensure brand consistency and prepare assets for digital and print
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all visual communications
  • Coordinate design projects, managing timelines, revisions, and approvals
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative assets aligned with campaign goals
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Assist in the development of campaign concepts and visual strategies
  • Organize marketing assets and ensure listings and materials are accurate and current.
  • Assist with planning and executing community events and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a design or marketing support role
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive communicator with strong follow through and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment
