The Marketing & Design Specialist is a key member of the Brand Marketing team, responsible for executing and elevating the company’s brand presence across print, digital touchpoints, and in-market experiences. This role focuses on creative development, brand consistency, and the execution of brand-led initiatives that support sales, customer engagement, and overall market perception.
This individual develops visually compelling, on-brand assets and ensures alignment across all materials and touchpoints. The Specialist works closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, HR, and business leaders, while partnering with the Digital Marketing team on asset needs that support digital channels. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing.
Brand Execution & Stewardship

Execute brand initiatives and communications across print, digital touchpoints, and internal channels.
- Ensure consistent application of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all materials and customer-facing touchpoints.
- Support internal brand initiatives, including newsletters, signage, presentations, and branded templates.
- Develop and maintain core brand and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and collateral aligned to Full Lifecycle Power Solutions.
Creative & Design Development

Design and produce high-quality print and digital assets including brochures, presentations, trade show materials, social graphics, and email assets.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and digital asset libraries to support consistency and scalability across the organization.
- Create branded assets for use across web and social channels in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.
- Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production and brand consistency.
Trade Show Marketing

Lead coordination and execution of trade shows and events, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence.
- Develop and produce event materials including booth graphics, signage, collateral, and promotional items.
- Partner with Sales and leadership to align event messaging, materials, and goals.
- Support pre- and post-event materials to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Track and report on event outcomes, including lead capture and overall effectiveness.
Project Management & Brand Support

Own and manage creative and brand-related projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
- Support reporting on brand initiatives and marketing effectiveness in partnership with the broader marketing team.
Additional Responsibilities

Provide ad hoc brand and marketing support as needed to support business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, graphic design, or a related creative role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).

Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and creative best practices.

Experience supporting trade shows or live events preferred.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
