Marketing Designer

At Litum, we build real-time location systems (RTLS) that help organizations protect their people, track critical assets, and run safer, smarter operations. Our technology powers efficiency and safety across global healthcare and industrial sites, and we’re looking for a Marketing Designer to help us communicate these solutions with clarity and impact.

This is a design-driven, creative role. You’ll be shaping how Litum is seen at trade shows, in product demos, across digital campaigns, and inside our software. Your work will turn complex technology into visuals and experiences that are easy to understand, engaging, and on-brand.

What You’ll Do

• Design user guides, brochures, sales decks, trade show visuals, and digital assets that tell our story effectively
• Create booth graphics and visual experiences that bring our presence at industry events to life
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to design UI mockups and refine user flows
• Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling visual depictions like diagrams, illustrations, and simplified workflows
• Record and edit short videos, including product demos and event highlights, for use across digital channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, both digital and physical

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent command of Figma , with experience in both marketing design and UI/UX projects
• Proficiency with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Strong eye for UI/UX design and ability to create effective digital mockups
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, simple visuals
• Basic video recording and editing skills , including demos and event clips
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken) to work with international colleagues and vendors
• Creative yet organized , able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time

Bonus Points For

• Background in industrial design, with the ability to think in 3D and visually communicate how solutions work in real-world environments
• Experience designing for B2B tech, healthcare, or industrial solutions
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar)
• Exposure to trade show or event creative work
