🎨 What You’ll Do?

• Be a core part of the Marketing Team, working on campaigns from idea to execution.

• Create bold, clear, and engaging visuals for ads, product launches, and Social Media.

• Think like a marketer: contribute creative concepts that drive growth, not just designs.

• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to keep visuals aligned with strategy.

• Contribute to Slayz’s design language and evolve our lemon mascot into an iconic symbol.

• Experiment with new formats and creative styles to connect with Gen Z audiences.

• Capture and edit short-form videos such as campaigns, social media, behind-the-scenes, to bring Slayz’s story to life.

🧩 Who You Are?

• 2+ years of experience in design, with exposure to marketing campaigns or growth projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple channels.

• Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• A designer who can also think in marketing terms: how will this design perform, convert, or engage?

• Curious about finance and how design can make it more approachable and fun.

• Comfortable shooting and editing videos, with a good eye for storytelling and content flow.

✨ Bonus Points

• Experience working with FinTech or consumer-facing apps.

• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D, or illustration.

• Familiarity with meme culture and Gen Z visual trends.

• Experience using AI design or marketing tools to speed up workflows and boost creativity.

• TikTok/Reels-style video creation experience.

• Walk into the interview with the Slayz App already downloaded and explored.
